Our Client (A Reputable & Expanding Main-Contractor) is now inviting high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.
Responsibilities
To be responsible for formulating tender strategies, developing cost planning, and project budgeting
To prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential
To liaise with Clients, consultants, subcontractors, supplier and Internal Project Staff for commercial matters.
To evaluate variation works and payment
Requirements
Highly Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 4years relevant experience in quantity surveying field
Highly regard the experience in Main-Contractor (Building / Foundation etc.)
Good knowledge in Tendering (Cost Estimating / Planning & Scheduling)
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
